Well you want the shutter as fast as possible with your apperature being as small as possible (number wise). My lense only lets me to f.5.6 so I use that with a shutter speed of about 250 under my bright LEDs. The tough part is the white balance. You won't find an auto wb that doesn't just turn the picture blue. I use the manual whitebalance and use 10000 k
which is as high as my nikon d90 will go. If you can go higher go for it. Also I like to put a polarizing lense on, this creates the effect of your camera wearign sunglasses so it evens out the super blue a bit, makes it look more natural.
Then I use photo editing programs to adjust till it looks the way I like it...lol
