I Left For A Few Days

So I left my tank alone for a few days because I had to go to a funeral. I was gone for about 2 days but when I got back in my house that night my pump had cut off. None of my fish died because I had put a second heater inside of my tank to warm it up a bit because the one in the back does work to well. Anyway a lot of my polyps were closed up and are just now coming out I just need to know if they are all dead or will they be alright.

Two days, I think they should be okay. Check your water parameters and do a PWC if needed.
