I need to move my anemone, need help?

he has gone under a rock and hasnt moved for over a week now? He still gets big and gets small over and over again like normal, but he hasnt got any light. I need to move him off the rock to a higher place, should i just pull him off?

No do not pull him off. You could damage the foot. If you can direct or move a PH to flow on him, that may get him to move.

As the rev said, do not try to move it. Anenomes will pick out a place where they are happy with the flow and light. What kind is it and what type of lighting do you have?

I have seen many that love to be in the shaded areas under rock....

I would leave it be for a bit. But still try to feed it if you can because it's no longer getting any light.

why not just move the rock it's on now, if it's possible.
