These are just questions to better understand how and what these animals need to thrive. I am interested in the symbiotic relationship of A. Ocellaris and hosting anemones.
They require an experienced aquarist, a mature tank and a lot more light then you currently have. For a 90gal tank I would not look at anything less then MH lighting if you intend to keep an anemone. The water depth you need to penetrate can really only be done by MH lighting.

Some people are like slinkies...they serve no real purpose yet can still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs!:p

I agree with you about more experience and a mature tank. Im not planning on any thing yet, or the near future. I am just asking questions as I come across them. I will get upgraded lighting, but not untill my husband forgets how much money I have spent already. I will need to get enough jingle together for the lights, and have some in reserve for a chiller just in case my future lighting set up heats my tank too much.

I appreciate the imput.
