I wanna see what makes your reef system tick

I was looking for somewhere whether its in these forums or not on the set-ups that people have. Not so much the tank but more the behind the scenes. Like all of the equipment, plumbing...etc. I went to the members showcase and found mostly just the tanks.

I am looking to restart my reef tank and would like to see how people go about when choosing their equipment.

I added a pic to my gallery. I have fixed the electrical mess but this is my setup. Top off on the right, fuge is inside the 75 gal rubbermaid and the 20L frag tank is on the left.

very nice setup---do sumps and fuge's need to be cleaned out? if so how often?

I take all of the LR rubble out of my sump and clean the inside a couple of times a year.
