Mandarins shouldnt be added unless you KNOW you have a large amount of copepods in the tank. This has to be enough for the population to be self-sustaining while being a food source. The wrasses are liable to eat your shrimp. Not sure why you say they must be reef safe when you are show a "fish only" set up in the info. Were you going to be getting corals? Any of the multiitudes of gobies would be acceptable. There are a few tangs that would be, but certainly not all of them.

There is a database of fish at www.fantasyreef.com that is helpful for deciding on fish purchases. You can sort through many different means, tank size, reef safe etc.
