Yea I would mix the black with some of my current sand to seed it. Looks good. Good news on the feather duster. Mine just left its tube never to be seen again lol.

I was too lazy to take the tube out and throw it away lol. It's a good thing I didn't.

Ive got a few updates, my refugium mud came today. It had no smell but alot of different colors in it. It was pretty hard to handle though lol, I've got about a 3" deep bed now. 2" mud then a 1" layer of sand over that so I only have 4" of space top to bottom left. My lights didn't come today but it should tomorrow. Also my lightfoot crab molted today so that means he's healthy and no livestock died which is also great. I haven't changed the aquascape yet but I'm planning on doing it soon so I can get some corals in!

Lights came in today!!! Went with 1 actinic and 1 10000k. Im thinking of adding one Ecoexotic LED Pro module down the road. I've built a box out of cardboard as well in order to hide cords

I know I'm talking to my self lol jk but Ive got the rock re arranged and I like it alot since there's more space for the fish to swim. Also added some lr rubble to the refugium. Will be adding in more fish this Tuesday.

Thanks, I had alot of pieces to work with (about 50lbs lol) so I could mix and match to my liking. I'm happy you like it though.

Nope. I just broke up pieces of live rock to fill in the gaps. It's like putting together a puzzle

Lol I have a tendency to overstock as long as the bioload can keep up.

Don't worry I'm still following lol. Just been busy working my tail off and house shopping. Tank looks 100 times better. I like it a lot. Nice work.

+1 looking good. One suggestion, get a surge protector for your plugs. Those 3 into 1 are a fire waiting to happen.
