Found this growing in my cycling tank, what is it, what should I do?

looks like a sponge or zoa. Do you have a clearer pic? Is it squishy? Does it have holes in it?

Looks like a palythoa (paly) to me.

I haven't touched it or anything. It's pretty small, less than 1/2" across right now.

I agree. I looked it up too cause I am new at this and that's what it looks like.

Looks kinda like a cinnamon polyp to me but small so probably underdeveloped
