Peppermint Shrimp:
Crush two tbs minced mint leaves (no stems) with the juice of two limes, two tbs of sugar and a shot of light rum. Marinade eight cleaned jumbo shrimp for two hours in fridge or overnight (overnight is best). Skewer and salt shrimp. Broil or grill over medium high heat until shrimp become opaque (apx. two and a half min per side). Serve with black beans cooked with garlic, green onions, bacon and topped with a slice of lime.

Unless you already bought one, reconsider. They are junk. The worst in the biz.

Mag drives are awesome. Quiet, powerful, and reliable.

Rio pumps are not repairable. There is a plastic sleeve on the pump shaft that once worn out (egg shaped), the pump is ruined - it will not restart . Rio pumps are not recommended for intermittant duty as in a wave maker or used with a timer to provide random flow patterns. Rio's are cheaper for a reason - they are of lower quality.

Magdrive pumps are top quality.

I have a pair of rio 800's.

I also have an angle grinder.

The angle grinder is quieter.
