One word "warranty". If It works out of the box then the warranty ends. I highly recommend buying from a US dealer that will stand behind their products. My $800 light lasted a bit over 4 months before it burned up. I would repair it but was afraid it may start a fire while I was at work. I can't imagine there LEDs are much better. Good luck!
