Inverts from petco..

Hey all! My petco sucks
But they have really cheap crabs and shrimp. My question is can they carry ich? Is it a bad idea to get them from petco?

I dont think they do get ich as they have exoskeletons - the ich sticks between scales on the skin of the fish.
Also when treating tanks for ich, they say to remove Inverts as they are susceptible to copper poisoning. This leads me to think they dont get ich, as you remove them to treat it?

Well - it turns out... Ich are Inverts!
