is a naso tang reefsafe?

would 1 naso tang be ok in my tank. i have a 50gal tank with about50lbs of lr. what i'm worried about is my small polyp rocks a mushrooms will they eat them and any other corals i might get later on.

The Naso Tang is reefsafe unless underfed. They are picky eaters and require a lot of veggies in their diet. Be warned because they can grow to about a foot and a half, well at least in the wild.

Might wanna read this first. Says a 125 gallon minimum for a Naso.

Oh, I got it! Put it in a 50 gallon, get it nice and healthy and justify (to someone) the need for a bigger tank
