I am still trying settings, but am currently on the reef crest mode @ 45%. I find this is powerful enough.

Agreed! Quick changes in my tank from trying to find the right flow is what made me want the mp10... my hammer coral was pissed and losing polyps, plus my BTA eas being completely blown to one side. Now with the gentler and random flow things seem content...
