Is my cleaner shrimp hurting my anemone?

We have a skunk cleaner shrimp that we have had for about 6 months and we just got a bubble tip anemone and the 2 are never apart. The cleaner stays right on him basically and I am concerned to the fact if the shrimp is hurting the anemone or is this ok? TIA!! Sue :0)

i would be more concerned that the bta eats the shrimp how does the anemone look?
