ebay will do whatever they promise to do. the seller is another story. this particular seller has 4930 transactions. just check out his feedback. that's how you find out what kind of seller you are dealing with.

meanwhile, maybe i missed it, but i don't see any indication of whether this is UL listed or not. if i had to guess, i'd say not. i would not trust a fixture that wasn't approved by today's safety standards.

That probably is a knock off of an italian light I have seen. God only knows what you would be getting. No brands were mentioned
