Here is a pic of the green algae. Just wondering if this is good or bad?

I am at work and I can see the picture. Its not hair algae and does not really look like seaweed either.

looks like a green powder algae similar to what you'd find on your glass. Snails and basic CUC should take care of it for you.

the other thing is too, UPS just dropped off my new bulbs 2 65w 10,000k and 2 65w 420/460nm. So my lights might help with the algae. I do have a clean up crew, pollution prevention team, and a sand bed stirring team that is going to be ordered in 2 weeks. When Petsolutions gets them in stock, and I get paid again.
