Is this pvc safe?

I got this 2inch pvc at home Depot to maks a tunnel for my mantis. But it has ink writing on the side of it. Will that leach into the water and harm the mantis?

Should be fine, most PVC pieces have written ID on them.

If it bothers you that much you could always just sandpaper the writing off.

Ok thanks.. People just keep telling me how mantis shrimp are super sensitive to chemicals and stuff so I've been being super cautious about these things lol

Just rinsing it in warm water should get any residual dust or any contaminants off.
