Is this sponge ok?

Is this stuff ok to have in my tank? To be more specific, the pink and yellow sponges. They just started growing in there.

I don't believe there are any bad sponges out there. Having extra filter feeders will always be a benefit to your tank. I have some very similar yellow sponges in my reef that have been around for months now with no ill effects.
