Is this to much light for a 10g?

Im looking at the dual 20'' 2-40w bulbs. I really like the light just want to make sure its not to much. I want to do some coral later on maybe. After seeing the guys in the other thread.

OK I dont knwo what kind of coral yet. it will be a while before then. I have been talking to fluffy alot about my tank and she said it might be to much for softcorals. Right now I will just have some fish and LR.

Do you know of a good light that has actinic light also? i want both. Do you think I could just use a smaller watt bulb? I dont understand why they would sell a 20'' size light that is to much light. Is it to much for hard coral?

3 to 5 watt per gallon will be enough for the softcoral.

I might just go with that light and do hard corals. It will be a long time before I do corals anyways. Hell by the time i decide to I might just set up my 75 gallon for SW.

75 gallon is a lot better than the small tank 10 g
