Is this too much flow? (Video)

Is this too much flow? I am worried that the torch is getting mashed down by the flow. I don't know how much they like. The tank is 29 gallon with 2 koralia 550's and the output of the fluval 405. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

Seems about right to me.

I would put a wave maker on there so maybe its not getting blasted all the time looks a little much for a 29 but a wave maker would help
