Is White Vinegar Safe to Clean Powerheads?

Just want to confirm before I do it. I've used apple vinegar before, but I'm out.

Yep. either is fine.

I use white all the time then rinse with tap then I run it in a bucket of ro water for five mins to be sure its clean
