You have NO IDEA how happy I am that you're getting the 72! HEHE ~ so if we ever want to visit it we can LOL.
As for the meeting of the wives! Cough Cough, When am I going to get to meet her?
BTW our Zachary will be 3 on Aug 3rd, But there is NO doubt in my mind the boys will like each other. LOL, and your right about the kids insisting on getting a Nemo I don't think anyone that has little kids could get away with a SW tank and NOT have a Nemo! But hey Clown Fish are great (at least I think so) and the are brightly colored.
Oh and one last thing.... Go to BRK and check out the cool LR John's got (I can't remember what Allen said it was called but it's OFF THE HOOK)! I'm not sure if he still has it (He did last week) but if he does you GOT TO get some of it!

My Zach will be 3 Sept 1st, so they're very close in age. I think I'm gonna bring the wife and kids on Friday, so you'll get to meet them then, as rumor has it you're coming.
Gonna try to hit BRK tomorrow afternoon and check things out. Allen keeps telling me about the tonga rock they got in.

It's looking good for BRK this evening if you want to meet, Allen. I can also pick up the 72 tonight if that makes things easier on you. I'll clear out the back of my truck to have it ready just in case.
Looks like all the equipment has shipped, most of which will be here on Friday. F&S's 25% off sale on LR ends Thursday, so I'll order that tomorrow. Based on their shipping schedule, it won't be here until next thursday, so that'll give me time to get the RO/DI up and running and some SW mixed up and ready for it. I'm still debating if it's going to be okay to cure in the garage, as I really don't want the smell in the house. THe wife is extremely supportive of my hobby, but I worry that smell could change that very, very quickly. I'm still debating over 2 boxes or 3 (45lbs each). Might be worthwhile to get 3 and sell off if it turns out to be too much, but I don't think it would be.
Need to get started on the stand soon. That's going to be a big project for me. I hope to get started on it this weekend, the wife has authorized me to take over the garage to do this for a while.

I would love to bring the tank to you tonight but I'm going to have the 150 in the van. I listed it on CL and in 30 minutes I had 8 emails from people wanting the tank. So I can bring it with me on Friday and either switch it to your car or we can drop it off at your house since we will be out that way.
I'll need to leave here before 5pm if we are to meet at BRK so let me know around 4 if you are going to go.

I forgot to mention, watching threads like these is how you end up creating one yourself. I'm all for it, keep reading, get the itch, then we can watch yours, and then feel the need to do another one. It's a vicious cycle... well, not vicious, but definately promotes MTS quite well.
Thanks for meeting up tonight Allen. Wasn't the most productive of trips, but I got what i needed, which was mainly just a baseline of what they have and their prices. I've been a few times, but before now I was just looking at the pretty stuff, rather than actually paying any attention. Kinda wish that rock they had was a few bucks cheaper a pound, it was some really nice stuff. Once I get the curing vats running I may go cherry pick a few pieces anyway.

Glad to do it! I'm looking forward to tomorrow! I always like checking out new stores. I'm hoping to come home with about $150 worth of new corals LOL.

Metal Halides arrived today. They were used, so I need to get some cord to wire them up between the ballast and the sockets. What should I use (i.e. what guage/type wire)?
