Iwasaki MH base

hellolights has a 400W Iwasaki 6500K for $58. They say it has an E40 base but I don't think so. An E40 is 70mm (European) and regular MH are E39 (39mm) I think. Does anyone use Iwasaki bulbs? What size base do they use? Specifically it's their Color Arc 6500K Metal Halide.

If you look at the same brand bulb in a 250 watt version the base is listed as an E-39 on Hellolights. I would write them and ask what they know about that base. By just looking at the pictures the base looks somewhat different then the mogel based lamps.
