Jaw Fish

Can anyone tell me about the jaw fish? Are they easy or hard to take care of? I know they need a DSB and I have one, I am hoping to get one because I need something to turn the sand and keep it clean. I also know that they are cool to watch.

They are very cool fish. They will not clean the sand bed though. They will build a few tunnels until they get one they really like and then they'll stay there. I lost my Pearly Jawfish when it went carpet surfing

You want worms to keep your sandbed clean, not a fish.

make sure they have a deep sand bed. and make sure your rocks wont slide down on top of him/her if it builds a nest underneath of the rocks. I lost my blue spotted jawfish this way .

mine always dug a hole and never came out. like digging there own grave.
