Today I bought 10 lbs of LR. It is cured fiji and is now currently sitting in the center of my 75 gallon tank. The tank has been running for about 2 weeks. I was wondering how long I will have to wait before I can purchase starter fish(damsels). I know that 10 lbs of live rock isnt too much but I have a jaubert filter for the bio filter and a canister for the mechanical. I will slowly build my rock poundage to 1 lb per gallon. Anyone with advice of comments for me and what I should do would be very helpful. Thank you.

You can buy a couple of shrimp at your local supermarket and throw them into the tank, letting them bio degrade in your tank will cause your ammonia cycle to occur.

Correct. No need to purchase "cycling" fish. Damsels can be a PITA anyways. Have you checked out www.liverocks.com for LR yet?
