k-2 viper lights enough for 30 gallon?
Hey, i am going to get a k-2 viper light for my 30 gallon. My LFS reffered this to me. On the jbj website it only says its for nanocubes, but he says its enough to light my 30 gallon reef tank.
http://www.jbjlighting.com/sys_k2_viper.html im considering on the stronger one. 150 wattsHQI, 14,000k |

Very intersting I have neve heard of these. Just curious what kind of price they quoted.
Based on Watts only I would say it should be fine. My only concern would be that a 30 is a bit longer than the cube for which it looks like they are designed. Not sure how the coverage would be at the ends of the tank? Would two smaller ones be a better option?Just a thought.
