Kalk in auto- topoff??

Have been using mrs wages pickling lime in my top-off water for about six weeks and must say i am exceptionally pleased so far. Had calcium and alkalinity levels at 10 and 460, have not had to buffer since...
Anyone else??? Advice?? Thanks...

Keep an eye in pH, and check your levels of Alk & Ca regularly. If your demands increase or evaporation decreases, it may not keep up.

I will, my ph was always low so for now its great.
I usually check calc and alk couple times a week..am going in now to check magnesium with
Saliferts kit.. Thanks
