kent iron suplement

Does this [moderator edit] make a bloom in the show tank it says it only helps micro algee but now my glass is having green tint

are you testing for iron? why are you dosing?

Lol na just what the bottle said I got a bag wit like 20 different supplements for 9 bucks at the fish oction last week n that was one of the bottles I had never. Herd of

Usually you supplement iron for macro algea but you already get what you need for that from PWC`s.

Your salt mix should add the iron you need. Most supplements for trace elements aren't needed

To answer your question, no, iron will not cause an algae growth on your glass. Excessive nutrients will.
