Quick question. Is it a good sign that my Kenya Tree Coral is dropping lots of branches or is it potentially a sign that things are not right. My parameters are all good and everything else seems to be doing well.

They do break off and will attach somewhere else. Soon you will have a forest. Try to attach them to a small rock, shell or frag plug then you have control of them. Trade them in at your lfs or give them to friends.

I have read that. Is it ever a bad sign though?

Not a bad sign at all. That's just how Kenya trees spread. Just means you've got a nice healthy coral
