Lazy turbos?

I picked up a few turbo snails yesterday and they have not really moved at all. I picked up one and stuck him on the glass this morning and he is holding on but not going any where. The other on is on the sand just sitting there. Do these guys take a while to get used to their new surroundings or did I get duds? I acclimated them for about an hour floating the bag in the tank and adding tank water every few minutes.

I think that I have seen posts in here about the same thing. I don't have any, so I can't say for sure. Sorry probably not much help.

Sometimes mine sit for days without moving. I have had to reach in and grab them just to make sure they were still alive. Give them sometime if you just put them in yesterday too, it takes them awhile to get going.

Mine ate half the algae in my QT as soon as I put them in, I guess it depends on the snail.

Mine took a couple of days to get going.....not unusual.
