Led lights

Hi just got a led 100 watt light (http://www.guppysaquariumproducts.co...prod_2135.html) Now how long should I operate the lights for corals and Anemones Should I have the blue and white on together or just run the whites for a few hours then then blue ty

I would run lights around 8-9 hours total. With a dawn time of an hour or 2. Then whites off with dusk for an hour or 2.
example. 10am blues, 12pm whites come on. then around 5pm whites off then 7pm all lights off. But you can tweak this to your liking. Or when you are home. Its just an example.

I run mine 10am blues on, 12pm whites on
6 pm whites off, 8pm blues off
