Led wavelength

What is the idea wavelength for the white and blue led! I am looking at 6000-6500k for white and 460-470 blue!50-50? Thanks

My average setup is 16000K and it's perfect. Some prefer 10000K to get faster coral growth. I opted for the 16000K for the purple/blue coloration it gives to the setup.

I agree with mrvincent. 10k is the general accepted lowest kelvin rating you want to go. 6500k is pretty yellow and your corals will look brownish. The 420-460nm light is an actinic blue which aids in color but you want a higher kelvin for the other bulb.

Ok that's good news then ! I had bought a 60-40 white 15000k and blue 445! The whites seemed a yellower then I expected! I will stick with them!
