Gotta question. I'm building my own MH canopy and I'm wondering how many bulbs do i need?

My aquarium is a 110 gal dimensions are 48x18x30.

do i need to throw in a 48" actinic also, do i keep this bulb on all night?

I would say 2 250watt bulbs should be fine and I would also add atleast 1 48" actinic bulb as well.. this light usually comes on 1 hour before the halides come on and go off approx 1 hour after the MH bulbs go Off...

On a 30" deep tank, I would go with 2 X 400W MH and 2 X 110W VHO actinic.
