I only have one 20watt 50/50 bulb in my 20 gallon long tank.

Will this be enough to support 30 lbs of Keys Rock?

I guess the better question is, will the live rock lose its color and life, and "die" with this amount of lighting?

also, will this live rock introduce unwated algae/organisms in to my new tank with out any animals.

There is always the potental to have undesirable critters added to the tank when adding live rock. You will just need to check out things from time to time to see if they show themselves. The single NO florecent bulb wont really do much for supporting corline growth and it wont support macroalgae growth at all. At an absolutle minimum I would up to a double NO fixture and better yet move to a single or double 55W PC fixture.
