I own a 29 gallon tank.

I currently own 2 bulbs.
One is 10k Blue Light
The other is 10k Day light
They're both t5's

In total it's 62 watts.

What kind of coral could I geT? Low, medium, high?

31 watt t5 lamps? That doesn't sound right. Check those lamps again. If your tank is a standard 29 it's 30" correct? You probably have 24" lamps then, which if they are high output, should be 24 watts each.
I would say you could keep soft corals and maybe some LPS higher up on the rock. Low to medium..

Coralife makes 30" t5ho bulbs at 31w each. I would assume this is what is being used. I agree with X's suggestions on corals though.

Correct,
I had a 4 bulb unit like this. Only Coralife bulbs will fit it. Though a well put together unit, the size restricts what you can do as the bulbs they make are no where near quality of ATI bulbs.
