Not for sure, but I think VHO. I could be wrong.

NO and VHO are generally replaced every 6 months due to spectrum shift. Icecap claims their ballast will give you 12 months from a VHO bulb...I don't know for sure. PC bulbs are supposedly good for 12 months before they need replacement. I'm not sure about MH.
