Lighting question

225 LED's; 112 White LED lights (7000K) + 113 Blue LED lights (450 nm wavelength); Material/Dimensions: Thermoplastic body, Die-cast Chrome Circuitry board; 12¼" (30.5cm) square panel: 1.25" (3.175 cm) thickness, Power Chord length: 48"; Electrical Consumption: 14 Watt Power, Working Voltage: 110V to 220V; 100 Days Warranty.

Is that enough for a 30"L x 23"h x 13" w

Neither. Even 2 of them I doubt would do the job. they are only a total of 14 watts each. That's for a fish only tank.

Most guys with led lights are running 1 unit for every 2' tank width. 1 unit would suffice for your 30 gal tank or so. Most units are 120watt dimmable. if you could find a 60 watt dimmable unit that would probably do for yours.
