Is that enough for a 30"L x 23"h x 13" w

I'm sorry, is it enough to grow corals or do I need two

Neither. Even 2 of them I doubt would do the job. they are only a total of 14 watts each. That's for a fish only tank.

How many watts is sufficient? And any opinions do t want anything crazy since its a small tank but just enough for a decent corals

Most guys with led lights are running 1 unit for every 2' tank width. 1 unit would suffice for your 30 gal tank or so. Most units are 120watt dimmable. if you could find a 60 watt dimmable unit that would probably do for yours.
