Lighting question

I have a 125 gallon 6 foot tank with 2 96 watt 50/50 cf and 4 5 foot 80 watt t5s

Should this be enough for soft corals? LPS? polyps? anemone ?

I would say yes for most soft coral and LPS. SPS, anemones, no.

Awesome thank you that's what was thinking. If I absolutely had to have an anemone anyone have an opinion as to what may be best suited to my system. If he promises not to move I can put him on a high perch right below the lights

I would really like one but don't feel the need to kill one on a whim
