I bought two 36 inch luner lamps that are 192 watts each, has a 10k bulb and a blue bulb each lamp
Question is is that enough lighting to do soft corals like polyps or mushrooms etc.

YEp! Even most LPS should be fine, just no SPS or clams.

I read your profile and these are for the 125g right? That gives you 3.1w pwer gallon. Is this a long or deep tank?

Also your profile says a 192w lamp. You do have two 192w lamps right?

I would say zoos, poylps, leathers, shrooms will be fine. Maybe some lps depending on lighting requirement of course.

yes two sets of lamps 192 watts each, tank is six ft long, not very deep, maybe 18 / 20 inches

Can you put bigger bulbs in those lamps or is that the max

I did not realize it was a 125? You will need two of them. Softies should be fine.
