Lil white dots

Did anyone ever get these lil white dots on the back of their tanks. U have to scrap them off with razor or something sharp. Any clue what they r?

Probably baby snails.But you do need to post a picture.

Look like baby snails,most will disappear as your tank matures.You will usually see them on the glass the most when you first turn your light on.They are a good thing.
