Little white things...

Lately I'm having little white creatures on my front glass. Seem to be about 1/8th'ish of an inch long. Thought it was just particles from my sand, but are actually moving. Any idea of what they are?

Amphipods or Copepods. Some sort of pod. They're not bad and are the sole diet of mandarin gobys and scooter blennies.
