Ok I already have a pretty good colony of brineshimp in a 5 Gallon and I feed those off as often as i can.

When I had my fresh water cichlid tank I raised live bearers to be food for my cichlids.

Can I do the same for my FOWLR tank?

I am thinking of getting a 10 Gallon and putting mollies and getting the babies.

Won't have much nutritional value for saltwater fish. A SW fish requires a different food then freshwater fish to get the needed fat content, nutrients and such. That being said, i have fed ghost shrimp before for a fun treat. But as far as a normal source, you may even be better to buy freswh seafood and make a blend, or use high quality fozen, flake, or freeze dried combos.

what fish are you going to be feeding the mollies. their are saltwater mollies that are nutritional to for fish. slowly aclimating the moolies works but their are lfs that sell them in sw already
