Could I use fine live rock rubble instead of Live sand?

The only problem with something that heavy as a substrate is that it would trap fish waste and food and cause excessive nutrients which in turn would cause lots of nuisance algea in your tank. Sand is much easier for your CUC to clean.

Could I use aragonite sand that is a really large grain?
