After rattling my brain on google and other sites. I think Mr. X maybe be right. Check out glove polyps. Some of the pictures look just like it.

I don't remember the white nob sticking out when I put it in the tank so it showed up really quick

I touch it and it closes the fingers.and then pulls them back inside and within a few minutes he's got them all back out again

Ok so I just found something else on it. A real tiny tube like thing its too small for my camera to focus on. It stretches out and grabs then sucks back in? some sort of worm and part of my live rock is turning rust colored?
