long thin tentacle things

I'm about a week into my cycle of my 24G tank with about 45lbs of live rock.
i noticed these long thin tentacles coming out of a small hole in my live rock.
Does anyone have any idea of what it could be. id take a photo but cant even see it on the camera..

Probably brittle stars.

is that a good thing? or can they be pests

IMO good.

They were never a problem in my experience. Had them in several reef tanks.
