Lost my test kit index card (ammonia) help ??

I some how lost mine , I know the pic wont be accurate ,but I will be able to gauge it better than with memory.

I have one at home and would be happy to bring it in tomorrow and scan it for you... I have a darn good scanner and should be able to get the color pretty close.
