Well, I hadn't checked my alk in awhile, so the other day I was doing all tests on my tank.
My alk was 5 dkh!!!!! I just about freaked. My calc was 380ppm, which is low, but the alk is what freaked me out. I've buffered it back up to 8dkh now, but what in the world would cause the alkalinity to drop like this?
any ideas?
