Low calcium

For that stock, likely no impact at all. Calcium is key for reef building, however keep the ionic balance with alkalinity in mind. If you calcium is low and your alkalinity is low you could set yourself up for low PH. Granted most anemones can handle 7.8ish PH just fine, but its just something to keep an eye on just so a problem doesn't creep up on you.
 
If you have any crustaceans or gastropods, low Ca can actually reduce their life span and/or kill them. Even though you may not have scleractinians, you should still try to maintain a reasonable balance in your chem.
