Maintainance Tools - Opinions

I'm looking for a tool I can use to manipulate stuff inside the tank without sticking my hands in there (a second pair of hands if you will). Does anyone have any recommendations? I found these two tools online but it's hard to say if they are any good without actually seeing them. Any ideas or comments would be appreciated.

I have the top one, coral grabber.

Its ok, but usually end up just using my hands.
Hard to place stuff when you can't feel it.
